ABOUT IAMIC

Jackie Rakers is the Executive Director for IAMIC.  Jackie joined the IAMIC staff in 2006 and previously was the Manager and Secretary/Tres. of the Board for Nokomis Farmers Mutual Insurance Company (NFMIC) in Nokomis, IL where she served from 1995 - 2006. 

 Jackie recieved her IOM designation from the Institute on Organizational Management, a four year credited course, and has nominated as a Board of Regent.  In addition, Jackie maintains her Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation with the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) and also has been selected to be part of the Merit Society through NAMIC. 

Jackie is active in her local community where she has served as a Township Board Member since 1995. She received the Woman of Achievement Award in 2001 for her work within the community.  In addition she was active as a volunteer with the Chamber of Commerce and many local sports programs.

A member of the Toastmaster's Organization, Jackie has recieved her CC (Competent Communicator) award, is a Mentor and past-president of the Montgomery County Toastmasters Organization.

Jackie lives in Ohlman, IL with her husband Dave and they have three children Kelsey, Ben and Maggie.
