CUSTODIAL AGREEMENTS and the FARM MUTUAL ACT
After meeting with Tom Lurkins from the Department of Insurance, I have prepared a letter regarding the Investment Policy within the Farm Mutual Act. Please click here for a copy of the letter that was mailed to Mutual Managers.
Agent Licenses Updates
All Illinois Agents will have new license numbers (no longer utilizing their social security numbers) - Illinois will be using the NPN (National Producers Numbers) for all licenses. Click here to locate your NPN number.
All license renewals must be done online - you must sign up under the SBS connect in order to locate your CE hours and renew you license. Click here to go to the SBS site and here to provide you with an instructional brochure. Effective 4-1-11 renewals will be pro-rated if the expiration date changed - DOI is working on a solution to reimburse anyone who had already renewed. PFMM
