For decades, Rick has been a trusted advisor to Illinois Farm Mutuals, providing exceptional legal guidance, strategic counsel, and unwavering support on regulatory matters, corporate governance, mergers, and countless industry initiatives. His commitment, integrity, and willingness to always lend a helping hand have made him an invaluable resource and a respected leader throughout the mutual insurance community.

Rick was an instrumental part of our negotiations with the Department of Insurance regarding the Farm Mutual Act.  Rick carries a genuine passion for the Illinois Farm Mutual Industry. He consistently listens thoughtfully to others' perspectives and has gone above and beyond by attending Mutual Board meetings to clarify complex regulatory issues or provide guidance on By-law revisions, Articles of Incorporation amendments, and even merger negotiations.
