Jacqueline Rakers, IOM, PFMM

- Executive Director

Jackie Rakers is the Executive Director for IAMIC. Jackie joined the IAMIC staff in 2006 and previously was the Manager and Secretary/Tres. of the Board for Nokomis Farmers Mutual Insurance Company (NFMIC) in Nokomis, IL where she served from 1995 - 2006.

Jackie received her IOM designation from the Institute on Organizational Management, a four year credited course, and was nominated as a Board of Regent.  She served as the Chair of the Midwest Regents in 2015 year and as a Board of Trustees for the Institute program. In addition, Jackie maintains her Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation with the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) and also has been selected to be part of the Merit Society through NAMIC.

Jackie is active in her local community where she serves at the Village Mayor after years of serving as a Trustee Board Member  She also is the clerk of the local Township and Multi-Township Agency.  She received the Woman of Achievement Award in 2001 for her work within the community. In addition she was active as a volunteer with the Chamber of Commerce and many local sports programs.

A member of the Toastmaster's Organization, Jackie has received her CC (Competent Communicator) award, is a Mentor and President of the Montgomery County Toastmasters Organization.

Jackie lives in Ohlman, IL with her husband Dave and they have three children Kelsey, Ben and Maggie and an two amazing grandchildren, Maddie & J.T.



Chris Davis

Chris Davis comes to the Coalition of Insurance Agents and Brokers from Central Illinois Builders of AGC, a chapter of Associated General Contractors of America, where he served as Director of Labor Relations. In that role, Chris negotiated and managed 17 collective bargaining agreements with various basic trade unions. He also served as a Fiduciary Trustee on Taft-Hartley Pension, Health & Welfare, and Education Trust Funds, including the $1.8 Billion Carpenters Pension Fund of Illinois. Prior to CIB, Chris served as Government Affairs Director of the Home Builders Association of Illinois from 2005-2012 where he advocated on behalf of land developers, residential contractors, and home remodeling and repair contractors. Chris began his career in Illinois state government and politics in 1999 as a Legislative Analyst with the House Republican Staff. He analyzed public policy for House Committees on Higher Education, Housing, Smart Growth, and Labor and Economic Development. 


In addition to his public policy experience, Chris has over 15 years of political campaign experience. He has served various roles, including campaign manager and strategic advisor, in over a dozen legislative campaigns in both Illinois and Indiana.  He also served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Bill Brady for Governor in 2010, where he oversaw all campaign activities in 96 “downstate” counties.


Chris was granted a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Wabash College where he was a four-year letterman in Varsity Soccer. He still plays soccer competitively and is an avid recreational golfer and runner.  He has completed two half-marathons.
