Tony Koehler, PFMM

Growing up in the family farm equipment business, Tony gained intimate knowledge of being a small business owner. He went to work full-time right out of college for his father and grandfather and then moved to a just-purchased location nearby when he married. His grandfather started as a JI Case dealer and sold Willies Jeeps and Cushman scooters in 1940 in “downtown” Sutter, IL.

Tony expanded his self-employed status by opening an insurance business in 1994. In September 2011, he began as a manager at Camp Point Mutual Insurance, where he enjoys using his knowledge of farm equipment and business to help his customers and colleagues.

In 2019 Camp Point Mutual merged with Carthage Mutual and became Western IL Mutual, and Tony is the Manager. He earned his PFMM in 2013, NAMIC Merit Award in 2014, and FMDC in 2016. He has served IAMIC as PR committee chair and on the convention committee.

He and his wife, Beth, live in Warsaw and have two grown daughters, Kerbee and Kyra, and one granddaughter, Konnor. He is a graduate of Warsaw High School, Warsaw, IL, and Truman State University, with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in the data processing.


Kathleen Bray. CPA, PFMM

Kathy is a CPA and worked for seven years at the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co., achieving the role of manager.  She joined Wilberton Mutual in 1994 as Asst. Secretary/Treasurer and assumed the Secretary/Treasurer position in 1996.

She has served on the IAMIC Public Relations Committee Convention Committee and was an IAMIC director from  2012 thru 2014.   Kathy is a member of the Illinois Merit Society and received the NAMIC Merit Award in 2015. 

She is a native of St. Peter, IL, and graduated from the University of Illinois. She and her husband, Dennis, have two children – Kyle, 23, and Rachel, 20

 


Chris Feldt, PFMM

Chris is the Manager at Heartland Mutual Insurance Company in Belleville, Illinois, where he began his career in 2007 as an Inspector/Adjustor and has been a manager since 2012. He has been a member of the Northwest Fire Protection District for the past 28 years and has served as Captain for 21 years. Before coming to Heartland, Chris worked in the construction industry conducting inspections and building homes; those skills and experience are beneficial to him in his current position.

Chris has been active by sharing his knowledge of the building industry with NAMIC, IAMIC, and other State Associations and conducting presentations. Chris currently is the Vice Chairman of his State Association, serves as Education Chairman for the Education Committee, sits on the PR and Mutual Assistance Committees, and serves as an At Large Director for his state association from 2016-to 2018. Chris was the 2018 Chairman of NAMIC's  Farm Forum and is now the Vice-Chairman for NAMIC’s Farm Mutual Conference Board. Chris received his Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation in 2013 and the Merit Award in 2014. He has also received the IAMIC Volunteer Award in both 2015 & 2017 and received his Farm Mutual Directors Certification (FMDC) designation in 2021

He earned an Associate's degree in Fire Science from Southwestern Illinois College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management from Lindenwood University. He and his wife, Amy, have a son, Kyle, 18, and a daughter, Kaitlynn, 14, plus two black labs named Everest and Rainier. When Chris is not at work, he and his family love to go camping and work on home projects.


Susan Miller

Andy Gerlach,  PFMM

Andy attended Southern Illinois University and studied Core Concepts of Engineering. He has worked at Randolph Mutual for eight years and is presently the Manager of the Mutual.  He received the NAMIC Merit Award in 2014 the 2015 IAMIC Company Achievement Award and served on the Convention, PR, and Government Relations Committees.    Andy was recently re-elected to the Board of Directors after serving an unexpired 2-year term.   Andy also belongs to the Political Affairs Committee at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies.  Andy also serves on the NAMIC board of directors.

Andy is extremely active in his community and has served as an on-call fireman since 1999 and has served on the Steeleville town board since 2001.  He has also been a softball and basketball coach at the local grade school and high school, as well as being a football referee

Andy and his wife, Ali, are natives of Steeleville, where they are raising their two children, Chloe and Drew.

 


Annie Kurth, PFMM

Annie is the manager of West Point Mutual in Lena, Illinois. She has worked in the mutual insurance industry for the past seven years.  Since joining and leading West Point Mutual, the company has earned the IAMIC Company Achievement award in 2018.  Annie received her Professional Farm Mutual Manager (PFMM) designation in 2021.   

While learning the mutual Industry business and leading her company to the Company Achievement award, she has also been raising a family with her husband, Bobby.  They have two small children, Connor and Chloe, making their home in Lena.

 

 

 


Jeff Likes

Jeff has worked in the insurance and farm mutual industry for more than 15 years.  His work in the building and sales industry for more than 15 years before Westervelt Mutual brings a variety of knowledge regarding structure and building stability.  Jeff recently took over the reins of Westervelt Mutual and looks forward to being involved in increasing his knowledge and lending a hand as needed.

Jeff is happiest when working on woodworking projects plus, he is a handyman of sorts - you can ask any of his five children. He is active in his church and community and is an asset in the mutual industry and the association.

 

 


 

Greg Keller

Greg started his career in 1993 in Agriculture Sales and owned an ag retail business.  He came into the insurance business at 45 and presently serves as Assistant Manager of Marshall Mutual Insurance Company.  

Greg is a native of Dongola, IL, and attended Southeast Missouri State University. 

Greg and his wife, Jennifer, have two children Wyatt, who is attending Indiana State, and  Avery, in the 8th Grade in Marshall.

 

 

 


 

Clint Huffstutler

Clint worked in the banking industry for 15 years as a commercial lender at banks in Davenport, IA, and St.Louis, MO, and then became bank president in Aledo, IL.  Clint has been very civically active, serving as Aledo Chamber of Commerce President '06. Earning the Illinois YMCA Key Leader Award, Mercer Co. YMCA Chief Volunteer Officer, President of Aledo Exchange Club, Deacon Chair and Finance Chair of First Baptist Church in Aledo.

Clint has come to recognize the benefits of becoming involved with IAMIC and NAMIC by attending seminars and conventions, which allows him an opportunity to learn through classes and by networking with his peers.

Clint was raised in Aledo and attended Bradley University and a graduate School of the Banking University of Madison, Wisconsin.  He and his wife, Robin, have two sons, Brandon (wife-Teryn) and Adam.


 

Gail Grawe

Gail is the Manager and Secretary of Payson Farmers Mutual in Payson, IL. She owns Grawe Insurance Agency and has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She took this position in August of 2013 after her husband Joe stepped down after managing it for 15 years.  He passed away in December 2017. They have three children and five grandchildren.  Gail currently lives in Quincy, IL.  She has served on the IAMIC committees, including Convention and Education.
