This has been the single largest gathering of the Mutual Insurance Industry, drawing an audience of approximately 175 professionals each year.

Great Booth Traffic

The exhibit area will be located in the center of all conference activities to give exhibitors the most significant opportunity to interact with attendees. Social functions will be housed in the exhibit area to add to the value of the exhibit area. Contest giveaways are also held in the exhibit hall with a MUST BE PRESENT motto. 

We will be announcing vendor winners & the BIG prize giveaway at 4:45 pm in the trade show area. If your booth has a prize giveaway, bring the winner's name to the registration desk by 3:30 pm and we will announce the winner and ask them to return to your booth for a face-to-face opportunity for you to give your gift. This will bring extra attention to your company name as we announce it on the speaker!

**PRIME booths are only available for our Associate Members. If you are not a member, email Jackie at [email protected] to find out how to become one and access all the member benefits!   We will be assigning booths on a first-paid basis. Priority will be given to Associate Members and also to Exhibitors who sponsor. We will notify you of your assignment by August 11th.   Late registrations will be assigned as soon as possible based on availability.

  • The registration deadline is July 1 to be included in printed materials. Late registration will be accepted. Payment in full must be received with the exhibit contract.
  • Exhibitor registration includes access to the following events:
    • Welcome Reception on Monday Evening
    • Networking on Monday Evening (2 tickets with exhibitor registration)
    • Tuesday Lunch
    • Tuesday Morning & Afternoon Breaks
  • Complete registration for 2 company staff members (this does not include registration for The Difference Makers*, golf*, sporting clay* or Tuesday networking *)  NOTE:  Tickets for these events* to be purchased separately.
  • Booth Includes:  8' table drape, 2 chairs, vendor name sign, electric hookup (indicate upon registering) 
    Wi-Fi can be purchased for $25 separately.

  • Company logo listed in Convention Program and 2 staff members' names if provided by July 1.

  • The Convention-updated attendee list will be provided prior to the start of the Convention by request only.

  • Booth assignments are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.   IAMIC Associate Members will get priority booth placement...exhibitors who also sponsor will get the next priority booth assignment.

  • Opportunity to participate in door prize drawings: prizes drawn on Tuesday afternoon.

  • Access to discounted room rates at the Par-A-Dice. $109 plus tax and fees
