We are thrilled to welcome Suma Menon as the speaker for this session. Her wealth of knowledge on the current industry trends will offer attendees actionable insights and a deeper understanding of how affiliations and mergers are influencing mutual insurance companies today

Suma Menon is a results-driven leader with over 25 years of expertise in Organizational Development, renowned for cultivating collaborative and high-performance cultures within organizations. With a successful track record in leadership roles within the mutual insurance industry, she has also contributed to various boards of directors, including the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Society of Insurance Trainers and Educators (SITE). In 2018 she received the SITE President’s Award for her innovative marketing strategies that significantly elevated the association’s brand and expanded its membership base. A dedicated lifelong learner, she holds multiple master’s degrees and certifications in insurance and organizational communication. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Chicago.
