The exhibit area will be located in the center of all conference activity to give exhibitors the greatest opportunity to interact with attendees. To further add to the value of the exhibit area, social functions will be housed in the exhibit area. Contest giveaways are also held in the exhibit hall with a MUST BE PRESENT motto.
We will be announcing vendor winners & the BIG prize giveaway at 4:50 p.m. Monday, August 19th in the trade show area. If your booth ha a prize giveaway, bring the winners name to the registration desk by 4:30 and we will announce the winner and ask them to return to your booth for a face to face opportunity for you to give your gift!
